Returns for Change of Mind

You may return new, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We cannot accept returns on any opened e-liquid or vaping devices for hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty product or the incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@myvape.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at our discretion once the fault is verified. Proof of the issue may be required.

Important Conditions

  • All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number from our team. Please contact us first.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any opened e-liquids, nicotine shots, or pods.

  • Any opened disposable vape devices.
