Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment verification.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier services. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $15
Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $25
Important Legal & Age Verification Requirements
Due to Australian laws, all vape products require an 18+ Age Verification upon delivery.
The parcel will not be left in a safe location without a signature.
The recipient must be aged 18+ and provide a signature. Please ensure someone is available.
Failure to pass age verification will result in the parcel being returned to us, and a restocking fee may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. Please check your state regulations to ensure the products you order are compliant for delivery to your location.
